Betamethasone is a high potency topical prescription steroid used to treat skin irritation, skin rashes, and psoriasis. Topical corticosteroids are essential tools for treating inflammatory skin conditions such as seborrheic dermatitis, plaque psoriasis, atopic dermatitis (eczema), contact dermatitis, and Lichen planus. Topical betamethasone reduces local inflammation by blocking chemical reactions that cause inflammation, changing how immune cells work, and constricting blood vessels. 

Clobetasol cream is a topical prescription corticosteroid indicated for the treatment of plaque-type psoriasis, moderate to severe scalp psoriasis, and steroid-responsive skin conditions. Topical clobetasol can also be used to treat severe or resistant eczema and contact dermatitis. Hydroxyzine is an antihistamine used to relieve itching caused by allergic skin conditions such as atopic dermatitis (eczema), contact dermatitis and hives. Due to its effects on certain receptors in the brain, it may also be used to treat anxiety and tension. It is taken as needed and is for short-term use (less than 4 months) since tolerance develops over time and may decrease effectiveness of hydroxyzine.

Methylprednisolone is an oral steroid used to treat inflammation or pain caused by acute flares of arthritis, gout, and lupus. It is also used to treat allergic-type reactions such as seasonal allergies, asthma, skin rashes and itching by suppressing the immune system.
