Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving order. This excludes weekends and public holidays. TelyRx cannot be responsible for shipping delays attributable to carrier delays that are beyond our control.
Shipping Methods:
$8.99 Ground: Delivery within 3–5 business days.
$12.99 Two-Business Days: Recommended. Delivered within 2 business days if the order is received by 2:00 PM EST.
$27.99 Next Business Day: Delivered the next business day if the order is received by 2:00 PM EST. Excludes weekends.
General Shipping Information:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method you select during checkout. Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and the day your order is shipped. Expected delivery times are calculated based on business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
Important Notes on Shipping Times:
Two-Business Days Shipping: Orders placed on Fridays and shipped via UPS 2-Day shipping will arrive on Tuesday, as delivery occurs on the second business day after shipping.
Next Business Day Shipping: Orders placed on Fridays before 2:00 PM EST can be delivered on Saturday at no additional cost, provided Saturday delivery is available in your area. TelyRx covers the cost of upgrading to Saturday delivery for eligible orders.
For Shipments to PO Boxes and Puerto Rico:
USPS Express shipments may take up to 3 business days to arrive. Most orders shipped via USPS are sent using Priority Mail, which typically takes 3–5 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary based on USPS service levels in your area.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: TelyRx is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: TelyRx is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return & Refund Policy: Due to pharmacy rules, we are unable to accept returns of medication or issue a refund once a doctor has received your request. All medication purchases are final. Until a prescription is issued, only a hold is placed on your credit card, but once a charge is processed, there are no refunds for orders that are placed on TelyRx. If a doctor determines a prescription is not appropriate, you will not be charged for the medicine.
