Lidocaine oral solution is a topical anesthetic that alleviates pain in and around the mouth and throat. This formulation is swished or gargled throughout the mouth to provide pain relief that needs more than just a tablet. This product must not be used in open wounds or in the presence of infection.

Benzonatate is a non-opioid cough suppressant used for the symptomatic relief of cough caused by the common cold, influenza (flu), and other acute respiratory illnesses. Benzonatate works to relax the cough reflex by acting directly on the throat and lungs.

Oseltamivir is an influenza antiviral used for both the treatment and prevention of the flu. It must be started within 48 hours of exposure for maximal effectiveness. It is not a substitute for the seasonal flu vaccine and can be taken by vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals.  

Azithromycin is an oral antibiotic used for a wide range of bacterial infections. When taken as a five day regimen, a ‘Z-Pak’ is often used to target bacteria associated with upper respiratory tract infections, including community acquired pneumonia. 

Methylprednisolone is an oral steroid used to treat inflammation or pain caused by acute flares of arthritis, gout, and lupus. It is also used to treat allergic-type reactions such as seasonal allergies, asthma, skin rashes and itching by suppressing the immune system.
