Famotidine is used to treat symptoms of acid reflux including heartburn, indigestion, and sour stomach. It is typically taken once to twice daily scheduled or on an as needed basis.  

Esomeprazole capsules are a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) used to reduce stomach acid production. They are commonly prescribed to treat conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), erosive esophagitis, and stomach ulcers. Esomeprazole works by blocking the enzyme in the stomach lining responsible for acid secretion, helping to relieve symptoms like heartburn and acid reflux while promoting healing of the esophagus. It is typically taken once daily before a meal for optimal effectiveness.

Omeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that is used to treat severe acid reflux that is not adequately treated with other medications. It is typically taken once daily for 14 days and may be continued as recommended by a licensed provider. Duration longer than 14 days should be consulted with a physician.  

Sucralfate is used to treat and prevent duodenal ulcers in the intestines. Duodenal refers to the first part of the small intestine that connects to the stomach. Sucralfate forms a coating over ulcers, protecting the area from further injury. This helps ulcers heal more quickly.

Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that is used to treat severe acid reflux (i.e. GERD) that is not adequately treated with other medications. It is typically taken once daily until symptoms are controlled, then continued for at least 8 weeks.
