Nitrofurantoin is used for the treatment on urinary tract infections (UTIs) for non-pregnant females. It is well tolerated and is a suitable alternative for patients that have an allergy to sulfur containing medications.  

Phenazopyridine is a urinary analgesic used to relieve pain, burning, urgency, and discomfort caused by irritation of the lower urinary tract. It is commonly used to alleviate symptoms associated with urinary tract infections (UTIs) and other conditions affecting the bladder and urethra. Phenazopyridine works by exerting a local analgesic effect on the urinary tract lining but does not treat the underlying infection. It is known to cause a harmless orange or red discoloration of urine, which can stain clothing and contact lenses. This medication should only be used for short-term symptom relief and is typically taken for no more than two days when used alongside an antibiotic for UTIs.

Sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim is a combination antibiotic used for the treatment of urinary tract infections (UTIs).  

Amoxicillin is a penicillin-type antibiotic used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections, including respiratory tract infections, ear infections, urinary tract infections, and skin infections. It works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall formation, leading to the destruction of the bacteria. Amoxicillin is commonly prescribed in capsule form for its effectiveness and ease of use. To ensure the best results, it should be taken exactly as prescribed, and the full course should be completed even if symptoms improve early, to prevent antibiotic resistance.

Augmentin is a combination antibiotic containing amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium, used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections, including respiratory tract infections, ear infections, sinusitis, urinary tract infections, and skin infections. Amoxicillin, a penicillin-type antibiotic, works by stopping bacterial growth, while clavulanate potassium helps prevent bacterial resistance by inhibiting beta-lactamase enzymes. This combination enhances effectiveness against certain antibiotic-resistant bacteria, making Augmentin a broad-spectrum treatment option.

Fluconazole as a single dose is used for the treatment of mild to moderate yeast infections. It is well tolerated and taken as a single dose one time.
