am 18 years or older
have not had a hypersensitivity reaction to fluconazole, other azoles antifungal agents (e.g. clotrimazole, ketoconazole, itraconazole), or any component of the formulation
am using this medication as indicated for a mild to moderate yeast infection for 1 single dose
understand this medication may interact with medications being metabolized similarly, including clopidogrel, imipramine, and phenytoin
If used for duration longer than advised, significant side effects can occur including heart arrhythmias, severe skin rash, and liver toxicity and failure
am not pregnant or breastfeeding
do not have a history of liver (hepatic) or kidney (renal) impairment
