am 18 years or older
have not had a hypersensitivity reaction to sertraline or any component of the formulation
do not take a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) such as isocarboxazid, phenelzine, tranylcypromine, or selegiline currently or within the past 14 days
am not receiving linezolid, intravenous methylene blue, or pimozide
do not take other serotonergic drugs including other SSRIs (e.g. citalopram, escitalopram fluoxetine, paroxetine, sertraline, fluvoxamine), SNRIs (e.g. venlafaxine, duloxetine, desvenlafaxine), St. John’s Wort, or MDMA/”ecstasy”
do not take a blood thinner or antiplatelet including, warfarin, clopidogrel, Xarelto (rivaroxaban), Eliquis (apixaban), or heparin
do not have a history of liver (hepatic) or kidney (renal) impairment, cardiovascular disease, or seizure disorder
understand antidepressants increase the risk of suicidal thought and behaviors in pediatric and young adults
have already been taking the initial dose (sertraline 50 mg) or have been previously prescribed sertraline 100 mg

Sertraline is a prescription medication in the drug class of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI) that can be used off-label to help treat premature ejaculation.
