  • Retin-A Cream Medication Description

Tretinoin is a prescription topical retinoid used to reduce visible signs of aging such as fine lines, dark spots, and uneven skin texture. It works by accelerating skin cell turnover and stimulating collagen production, which helps renew the skin’s surface over time. When used consistently alongside a daily skincare routine and proper sun protection, tretinoin can improve skin smoothness and tone while minimizing the appearance of wrinkles.

This treatment is typically applied once daily at bedtime and is most effective when combined with long-term sun protection measures to help prevent further photoaging.
