Tretinoin (Retin-A) is used for the treatment of mild to moderate acne. It is a topical retinoid which has shown to significantly improve acne and the appearance of skin.
- Used for the treatment of mild to moderate acne by decreasing inflammation and improving the growth of skin cells
- May help improve the appearance of fine wrinkles or roughness
- Typically applied to the affected area once daily at bedtime
- When used with benzoyl peroxide, apply the benzoyl peroxide in the morning and tretinoin at bedtime for maximal effect

Retin-A Cream Side Effects
Side effects may include dry skin, itching, burning, and sun sensitivity. This product must not be applied to sunburned skin and must be avoided with alcohol, astringents, spices, and citrus peels (e.g. lime).
