Ketorolac

Ketorolac is a topical, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to decrease eye inflammation and itching due to allergies. It improves symptoms of allergies by blocking prostaglandin, a substance that is released in response to an allergen.

I agree that I:

am 18 years or older
have not had a hypersensitivity reaction to ketorolac or any component of the formulation
do not have a sensitivity to aspirin or other NSAIDs including ibuprofen (Advil) and naproxen (Aleve)
do not have a sensitivity to benzalkonium chloride
do not have a bleeding disorder, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, or an ocular disease
am not pregnant or breastfeeding
understand I must remove contact lenses before instilling eye drops
understand contact lenses may be inserted at least 15 minutes after applying ketorolac
understand other eye drops may be applied at least 5 minutes after applying ketorolac
am using this medication for allergy relief
will discontinue the use of this product if local sensitivity or changes in eyesight occur
