Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic medication used for the treatment of abdominal pain and spasms caused by irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
- Used for the treatment of spasms caused by irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
- Dosed as 10mg or 20 mg up to 4 times a day as needed
- May be taken to prevent spasms in anticipation of a known trigger
- Intended only for short term, as needed use for up to 2 weeks consecutively

Side Effects
Side effects may include tiredness, dry mouth, nausea, constipation, and blurred vision. Severe side effects may include confusion, trouble urinating, severe dizziness and hallucinations.
