Cyclosporine

Cyclosporine is used to alleviate dry eye by increasing tear production. With consistent use, symptoms may improve after 1 month, with noticeable tear production usually occurring after 3 to 6 months.

am 18 years or older
have not had a hypersensitivity reaction to cyclosporine or any component of the formulation
am not pregnant or breastfeeding
do not have an active ocular infection
understand I must remove contact lenses before instilling eye drops
understand contact lenses or other eye drops may be applied at least 15 minutes after applying cyclosporine eye drop
understand this product may include polysorbate 80 and I do not have a known hypersensitivity reaction to this compound
will discontinue the use of this product if local sensitivity or changes in eyesight occur
understand this is not a comprehensive list of precautions, risks, side effects, or details about taking this medication
understand that only major drug interactions are listed and have not been reviewed against the other medications, supplements, or herbal products I may be taking unless also filled by TelyRx
