do not have a history of liver (hepatic) or severe kidney (renal) impairment (CrCl <30 mL/minute)
understand that atovaquone absorption may be decreased in individuals who diarrhea or vomit shortly after administration. Consider redosing if vomiting occurs within 1 hour of administration and use of an antiemetic

understand this medication may interact with medications being metabolized similarly or share similar side effects, including ketoconazole, leflunomide, efavirenz, methotrexate and warfarin
