Telmisartan is a prescription medication used to lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of cardiovascular events such as heart attack and stroke. It belongs to a class of drugs called angiotensin II receptor blockers (ARBs), which work by relaxing blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more easily and reducing strain on the heart. Usage Instructions:
