Mounjaro is used to treat type 2 diabetes alone or in combination with other medications. Mounjaro is injected under the skin once weekly and may be increased based on clinical response and tolerance. Follow package instructions upon receiving the product.

have not had bariatric surgery
understand this medication may slow gastric emptying which can alter the absorption of other medications
understand this medication has shown incidence of acute kidney injury, diabetic retinopathy, gallbladder disease, gastrointestinal side effects, and pancreatitis
am not pregnant or breastfeeding
