Albuterol is used to open the airways during episodes of asthma exacerbations, intermittent symptom relief, on an as-needed basis, or for exercise induced asthma. The inhaler must be primed before first use which requires 3 to 4 sprays away from the body. Follow package instructions upon receiving.

- Typical dosing for exercise induced asthma is 2 inhalations 5 to 20 minutes before exercise
