If you already have a valid (and unexpired) unfilled prescription from a licensed prescriber for the specific drug, dosage, quantity, and formulation you seek from TelyRx, you can mail a copy of the prescription (along with your name, address, telephone number, and email address) to our pharmacy at 24761 US Hwy 19 N, Clearwater, Florida 33763, and a manual order will be initiated. Alternatively, you can have your provider fax your prescription directly to our pharmacy at (813) 845-8520. The manual order will include the pharmacy validating the prescription consistent with Florida pharmacy law.
