Ondansetron

Ondansetron is used to treat or prevent acute, severe nausea and vomiting from occurring. With an orally disintegrating tablet also avaialble, you can find relief from nausea without swallowing or stomach upset. am 18 years or older
have not had a hypersensitivity reaction to ondansetron or any component of the formulation
am not taking apomorphine
am not pregnant or breastfeeding
do not have liver (hepatic, Child-Pugh class C) or kidney (renal) impairment
do not have phenylketonuria (PKU)
understand this medication increases the risk of serotonin syndrome when taken with other serotonergic drugs including other SSRIs (e.g. citalopram, fluoxetine, paroxetine, sertraline, fluvoxamine), SNRIs (e.g. venlafaxine, duloxetine, desvenlafaxine), St. John’s Wort, or MDMA/”ecstasy”
understand this medication can increase ECG intervals and cause bradycardia
