am 18 years or older
have not had a hypersensitivity reaction to minocycline, other tetracyclines (e.g. doxycycline), or any component of the formulation
do not have a diagnosis of Myasthenia gravis
am not pregnant or breastfeeding, or trying to conceive (female and male)
do not have a history of intracranial hypertension
do not have a history of liver (hepatic) or kidney (renal) impairment
understand this medication may interact with medications being metabolized similarly, including penicillin, warfarin, iron supplement, phenobarbital, and phenytoin
will use the medication as prescribed for the appropriate treatment and duration
