Loryna

Loryna is a prescription birth control pill used to prevent pregnancy. It contains two hormones, drospirenone (a progestin) and ethinyl estradiol (an estrogen), that work together to stop ovulation, thicken cervical mucus, and change the uterine lining, making it harder for sperm to reach an egg and for an egg to implant. Loryna also includes benefits such as regulating menstrual cycles and reducing acne in some patients.
