How to Take:
Typical dosage is 500 mg twice daily. Length varies depending on condition and physician discretion.
Take with or without food, but preferably with food to minimize gastrointestinal discomfort
Avoid taking with dairy products (milk or yogurt) or antacids, as these can interfere with absorption
If taking supplements containing calcium, iron, or zinc, separate by at least 2 hours before or 6 hours after your ciprofloxacin dose
