have been previously prescribed bepotastine eye drops for the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis by an authorized healthcare provider
understand this medication is for topical ophthalmic use only and not for the treatment of contact lens irritation
understand that I should remove contact lenses prior to application and wait at least 10 minutes before reinserting them
understand the importance of not touching the tip of the applicator to any surface to avoid contamination
will monitor for any signs of hypersensitivity reactions and seek medical attention if they occur
