am 18 years or older
have not had a hypersensitivity reaction to tretinoin, other retinoids (e.g. adapalene, tazarotene) or any component of the formulation
understand safety has not been established in individuals 65 years and older
understand benzoyl peroxide may cause bleaching of clothing and hair, and may worsen if combined with products such as dapsone or sulfacetamide
understand this product can be irritating in extreme weather conditions (e.g. extreme wind or cold), and when exposed to other topical products (e.g. astringents, soaps, cosmetics)
am not pregnant or breastfeeding
will use this product for external use only, avoiding eyes, mouth, vaginal and rectal use
will discontinue use of the product if a hypersensitivity reaction occurs, including trouble breathing, eye swelling, facial swelling, or itching
will discontinue use of the product if skin reaction occurs including severe burning or stinging
