NexGard Plus chewable tablets side effects may include vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, and decreased appetite. Some dogs may experience itching, drooling, or mild behavioral changes after administration. In rare instances, neurologic symptoms such as tremors, incoordination, or seizures have been reported, particularly in dogs with a history of neurologic disorders. Most adverse effects are mild and self-limiting, and the chewable is generally well tolerated when used as directed.
