Terconazole is a prescription-strength antifungal vaginal cream used to treat uncomplicated vaginal yeast infections caused by Candida species. Usage Instructions:
Use exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider
Typical dosage is to Insert 1 applicatorful of cream into the vagina at bedtime for the full prescribed course
For 0.8% cream, treatment typically lasts 3 days; for 0.4% cream, treatment lasts 7 days
Continue therapy for the full course, even if symptoms improve before completion
Do not use tampons, douches, or other vaginal products during treatment
Treatment can be continued during menstruation if needed
