Ciprofloxacin/Dexamethasone otic is used to treat outer ear infections (i.e. swimmers ear). This medication combines an antibiotic (ciprofloxacin) to kill bacteria with a steroid (dexamethasone) to treat swelling of the ear canal commonly associated with a bacterial ear infection.
