Sulfacetamide and sulfur topical cleanser is an antibiotic wash used to control acne, rosacea and seborrheic dermatitis. Sulfacetamide is an antibiotic which works to inhibit the growth of acne-causing bacteria while sulfur works as a keratolytic to remove flaking, soften and smooth the skin.

Used for the treatment of acne, rosacea and seborrheic dermatitis

Shake well prior to use and apply 1 to 2 times a day. Rinse completely after use and pat dry

Not suitable for patients with a known allergy to sulfur-containing medications

Have not had a hypersensitivity reaction to sulfur, sulfonamides, or any component of the formulation
Am not pregnant or breastfeeding
Do not have a history of renal (kidney) impairment
Understand and am aware this is for external use only and will avoid contact with eyes, eyelids, lips and mucous membranes
Will discontinue use at first sign of skin rash, irritation or hypersensitivity
Understand and am aware that systemic absorption is increased with application to large, infected, open or burned skin and may increase risk of adverse events
