Bravecto Chewables contain fluralaner, a prescription flea and tick medication for dogs. Depending on the parasite being treated, one chew may provide protection for up to 12 weeks. Fluralaner belongs to the isoxazoline class.
How to Use:
Give Bravecto by mouth with food according to your dog's weight range and your veterinarian's directions. Follow the recommended retreatment schedule and use only the product intended for your dog's size.
Warnings & Precautions:
Use only for the animal species, age, and weight range directed by your veterinarian. Tell your veterinarian about seizure history, breeding status, pregnancy, nursing, other medications, and any prior reactions to flea, tick, heartworm, antibiotic, pain, or skin medications.
Bravecto side effects may include vomiting, diarrhea, decreased appetite, and lethargy. In rare cases, dogs may experience neurologic reactions such as muscle tremors, incoordination, or seizures, especially those with a history of seizure disorders. Bravecto is generally well tolerated and effective for long-term flea and tick prevention with a single dose lasting up to 12 weeks.
