1. Promotion Period 
The giveaway opens Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET and closes Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the giveaway. 

2. Eligibility 
Open to legal U.S. residents (50 states + DC) who are 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry and who have a valid account on the platform used to enter. Employees of TelyRx, Inc. & SISTERLY, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, along with their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible. Void where prohibited. 

3. How to Enter 
You can enter on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok during the Promotion Period. You only need to enter on one platform to be in the giveaway. If you enter on all three, you’ll receive three (3) entries. 

Entry limit: Each person may receive a maximum of one (1) entry per platform, for a total of up to three (3) entries. Multiple comments on the same platform will not earn additional entries. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Comments must be the entrant’s original content and must not be offensive, unlawful, infringing, or contain claims about the health effects of any product. Sponsor may disqualify any entry or entrant, in its sole discretion, that violates these Official Rules or tampers with the giveaway. 

4. Prize 
One (1) winner will receive a six (6) month supply of The Elevator by SISTERLY (6 monthly boxes or one shipment, at TelyRx’s discretion). Approximate retail value: $500+. The prize will be shipped by TelyRx to a U.S. address only. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Product note: adults 18+; consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication. 

5. Winner Selection & Notification 
One winner will be selected at random by TelyRx from all eligible entries on or about October 26, 2026. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. The winner will be notified by DM from the official @TelyRx account only, on the platform where the winning entry was submitted. The winner has 72 hours to reply and confirm eligibility. If they don’t, or if the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to return any required documents, TelyRx may select an alternate winner. We will never ask for payment, card details, or a login to claim a prize.  

6. Winner Verification 
Before the prize is awarded, the potential winner may be required to verify eligibility, including proof of age and residency. TelyRx may also verify any entry for accuracy and eligibility. 

7. Taxes 
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

8. Publicity & Privacy 
Except where prohibited by law, the winner grants TelyRx & SISTERLY the right to use the winner’s name, social media handle, and city and state of residence to announce the winner, without additional compensation. Any other use of the winner’s likeness or image requires the winner’s signed publicity release. By entering, participants grant TelyRx & SISTERLY a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display their entry comment on TelyRx & SISTERLY’s website, social channels, and other marketing materials in connection with this giveaway. Personal information collected in this giveaway will be used to administer the giveaway and as described in TelyRx’s Privacy Policy & SISTERLY’s Privacy Policy, and will not be combined with any patient health information. 

9. General Conditions 
TelyRx & SISTERLY reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time, including if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond their control compromise its integrity, provided that no modification will materially prejudice entrants except as needed to protect the integrity of the giveaway. If the giveaway is cancelled, TelyRx may award the prize at random from eligible entries received before cancellation. To the extent permitted by law, TelyRx & SISTERLY is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, technical failures, or lost or delayed entries. 

10. Release & Limitation of Liability 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating, entrants release and hold harmless TelyRx & SISTERLY, their subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram and Facebook) and TikTok, from any claim or liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize. Except as prohibited by law, TelyRx & SISTERLY make no representations or warranties regarding the prize and is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation or prize use. Any warranty for the prize is provided solely by its manufacturer. TelyRx & SISTERLY are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. 

11. Governing Law & Disputes 
This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited. Disputes are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the parties agree to binding individual arbitration under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), overseen by a neutral arbitrator agreed upon by both parties or appointed by AAA, held in Pinellas County, Florida or by video. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court. Claims may be brought only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. The decision will be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction, and participants consent to jurisdiction in Florida courts for that purpose. Each party bears its own attorneys’ fees and costs, and AAA fees are allocated as provided in the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. To the extent permitted by law, any recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs of entering and excludes punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and attorneys’ fees.
