Ketoconazole shampoo is a prescription strength antifungal shampoo that controls flaking, scaling, and itching commonly associated with dandruff or seborrheic dermatitis. It may also be used for the treatment of tinea versicolor (i.e. sun fungus) of the skin.

Ketoconazole is an antifungal shampoo used to control symptoms of dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp and may be used to treat tinea versicolor (i.e. sun fungus)

Applied to affected areas of damp skin, lather, leave on for 5 minutes then rinse. May be used every 3 or 4 days as needed for dandruff or seborrheic dermatitis.

Will avoid use on broken or damaged skin
Understand ketoconazole shampoo may remove curl from permanently wavy hair, cause changes in hair texture and hair discoloration
Will discontinue use if sensitivity or irritation occurs
