1. Eligibility:

The TelyRx Heavyweight Showdown Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of TelyRx, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Timeline:

• Launch Date: February 21, 2025
• Deadline to Enter: February 28, 2025 (11:59 PM EST)
• Winner Announcement: March 3, 2025

Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter:

Participants must complete the specified entry requirements as detailed on the Giveaway page: https://telyrx.com/heavyweightshowdowngiveaway. Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated. Duplicate entries may result in disqualification.

4. Winner Selection & Notification:

The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided within 48 hours of the Giveaway closing. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, TelyRx reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Prize Details:

The prize consists of two ringside tickets to Richard Torrez Jr.'s Heavyweight Showdown, with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $ 2,500.

A travel voucher for $500 is included. Additional travel and accommodations are not included. No cash or othear prize substitutions are allowed, except by TelyRx, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Publicity & Privacy:

By entering this giveaway, participants grant TelyRx the irrevocable right to use their name, likeness, image, and entry content for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes, in any media format, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. This includes, but is not limited to, use on TelyRx’s website, social media channels, and other marketing materials. Participants also consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information in accordance with TelyRx’s Privacy Policy. All entries become the property of TelyRx and may be used for future promotional activities.

7. General Conditions:

TelyRx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control compromise the integrity of the Giveaway. TelyRx is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, technical failures, or lost/delayed entries.

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Release & Limitation of Liability:

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless TelyRx, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or liability arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize. TelyRx makes no representations or warranties regarding the prize and is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation or prize use. TelyRx shall not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or any changes in the scheduled prize event.

9. Winner Verification

Potential winners shall be subject to verification of eligibility, including but not limited to proof of age, and residency, before prize is awarded.

10. Governing Law & Dispute:

This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Any disputes arising fromthis Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of Florida, and participants consent to jurisdiction in Florida courts. Any dispute arising from this Giveaway shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the parties agree to binding mediation under the rules of the American Arbitration Associations (AAA). A neutral mediator, agreed upon by both parties or appointed by AAA, will oversee the process. The settlement will be final and enforceable in a Florida competent court. Each party will bear its own costs, with mediator fees shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
