Official Rules & Terms for the TelyRx x Dallas Wings Ticket Giveaway

Promotion Period

Entries for the TelyRx x Dallas Wings ticket giveaway will be accepted online and in person beginning Friday, June 27, 2025 and ending Saturday, June 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM EST.

Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older. Employees of TelyRx and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

How to Enter

You may enter the giveaway through the following methods:

1. Online Entry via Website
   
   1. Visit the entry form page on telyrx.com during the promotion period.
   2. Submit a valid email address to be entered to win.
   3. For an additional entry, opt-in to SMS updates during form submission.
2. In-Person Entry at Game Night Activation
   
   1. Visit the TelyRx table at the Dallas Wings home game on Friday, June 28, 2025.
   2. Fill out the official entry form using a TelyRx device or paper submission.
   3. Limit one in-person entry per individual. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive two (2) complimentary tickets to the Dallas Wings vs. Phoenix Mercury game on Wednesday, July 3, 2025 at 7:00 PM.

• Seat Details: Section 110, Row E, Seats 14–15
• Method of Delivery: AXS Mobile ID – winner must download the AXS mobile app to access and use the tickets.
  
  

Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries at 12:00 PM EST on Saturday, June 29, 2025.
• The winner will be notified via email and/or SMS by Sunday, June 30, 2025 at 12:00 PM EST.
• If the selected winner does not respond within 24 hours, another winner may be chosen.
  
  

Limitations

• Only one online entry and one in-person entry per person will be counted.
• Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified.
• TelyRx reserves the right to verify all entries for accuracy and eligibility.
